Select the company name and call type as prompted. For a new company choose “Add New Company” and say: company name, address, phone, website, etc.
2
Contacts
It’s important to add any new contacts at this customer. Start each one by saying “Contact” first, then give name, title, phone, e-mail, etc.
Say“Contact — John Smith, Purchasing Manager, 214-555-0148, jsmith@acme.com.”
3
Manufacturer Narrative
Give each line separately. Start each one by saying “Manufacturer”, then the vendor name, then your narrative for that line — and repeat for every line you discussed.
Say“Manufacturer — Watts Regulator. Reviewed backflow submittals and confirmed pricing on the RPZ order.”
4
Follow-Up Task
State the follow-up task, date, and time.
Say“Set a follow-up task for Friday at 8am to check in on the status of the quote.”
5
Email Call Note To
Send a copy of the note to a team or person — spell the complete e-mail address, or tag an individual by name.
Say“Send a copy of this note to Team2@hughcunningham.com” or “to marketing@hughcunningham.com” — or tag someone: “Tag Aaron May in this note.”
